We opened the cart in December 2024 with one idea: real Central-Oregon BBQ worth pulling over for. Brisket and pork shoulder go on the smoker before sunrise, the burnt ends never last past dinner, and the dirty fries have a following of their own. Find us on Highway 20 in Sisters — follow the smoke.
